Section 65(g) in Bihar Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2005
(g)overhead beams and their supports are capable of holding the total maximum live and dead loads that such beams and supports will be required to carry, with a safety factor or at least five;
