Section 32 in Sikkim Shops and Commercial Establishments Act, 1983
32. Young persons and women to work between 6 a. m. and 7 p. m.
- No young person and women shall be required or allowed to work whether as an employee or otherwise in any establishment before 6 a. m. and after 7 p. m. notwithstanding that such young person or woman is a member of the family of the employer.
