Section 20(vii) in First Statutes of the Indian Institute of Petroleum and Energy, 2018
(vii)the appointing authority shall have the power to terminate the services of any member of the staff by three months' notice or on payment of three months' salary in lieu thereof, if found medically unfit as certified by the medical authority nominated by the Board.
