Section 25A(1) in The Maharashtra National Law University Act, 2014
(1)There shall be Planning Board consisting of the following members, namely :(i)the Vice-Chancellor;(ii)ten members who shall be either academician or experts from various fields or sitting or retired Judges of the Supreme Court and High Court to be nominated by the Executive Council on the recommendation of the Vice-Chancellor.
