72J. [ Payment of compensation to landowner and intermediary to be full discharge. [Substituted by Act No. 35 of 1969.]
- The payment of compensation under Section 72H and 721 shall be a full discharge of the liability of the Government for payment of such compensation, and no further claims for payment of compensation shall lie against the Government;Provided that nothing contained in this Section shall affect the liability of any person who may receive the whole or any part of the compensation or the value of encumbrances, maintenance or alimony to pay the same to the persons lawfully entitled thereto.]
