3. Mr. C. Mohapatra, learned Counsel for the Petitioners submits, the Petitioners have taken away the brief from his senior.

4. In view of such submission made by Mr. Mohapatra, learned Counsel for the Petitioners, the matter be listed in the week commencing from 12th August, 2024.

5. Needless to mention here that if the Petitioners go unrepresented on the adjourned date or fails to engage any other Counsel, the Writ Petition shall be dismissed for non prosecution.
