Section 19 in The M.P. Civil Services (Leave) Rules, 1977
19. Commencement and termination of leave.
- Except as provided in Rule 20 leave ordinarily begins on the day of which the transfer charge is effected and ends on the day preceding that on which the charge is resumed.
