                a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records relating to the impugned order in
                Na.Ka.No.L2/05885/15 dated 04.03.2015 passed by the respondent and quash
                the same.

This petition has been filed to challenge the police protection granted by the respondent herein.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that nothing survives in this writ petition since police protection already been provided as directed by the respondent herein.

4. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.

5.However, the petitioner is at liberty to lodge a complaint as against the counter party, on fresh cause of action, if so advised.
