Section 83(4) in The Bihar (Coal Mining) Area Development Authority Act, 1986
(4)The Authority shall exercise the powers of supervision as may be necessary to ensure that such development schemes are executed in the interest of the overall development of the Coal Mining Development Area and in conformity with the Development Plan.
