Section 4(a) in The Rajasthan Accounts Service Rules, 1954
(a)"[Assistant Accounts Officer Grade-I] [Substituted by Notification No. F. 1(6), dated 1.10.2014 (w.e.f. 1.7.2013).]" means a member of the Rajasthan Subordinate Accounts Service who is holding the post of "Assistant Accounts Officer or a post in the Service declared equivalent thereto by the Government;(aa)"Commission" means the Rajasthan Public Service Commission;
