Section 6(c) in Gujarat Surviving Alienations Abolition Act, 1963
(c)subject to the other provisions of this Act, all alienated lauds shall be, and are hereby made liable to the payment of land revenue in accordance with the provisions of the code and the rules made thereunder; and accordingly the provisions therein relating to unalienated land shall apply to all alienated lands.
