Section 2(1) in The U.P. Primary Education Act, 1919
(1)"To attend" a recognized primary school means to be present for instruction at such school, on such days in the year, at such time or times, and for so many hours on each day of attendance, as may be filed by the board with the approval of the prescribed authority;
