By the Court Shri S.N. Kumawat, learned Additional Advocate General, submitted that controversy involved in the present set of writ petitions has already been resolved by Division Bench of this Court at Principal Seat, Jodhpur, in Madan Gir & others v. State of Rajasthan & others, DB Civil Writ Petition No.8651/2012 and other two connected writ petitions, vide order dated 1.11.2012, therefore, these writ petitions may also be dismissed for the same reasons, assigned in the case of Madan Gir (supra).
Learned counsel for petitioner submitted that a review petition has already been preferred at the Principal Seat, Jodhpur to review the order dated 1.11.2012 passed in D.B. Civil Writ Petition No.8651/2012 (supra) and the same is pending, therefore, writ petitions may be kept pending till the disposal of the review petition at Principal Seat, Jodhpur.
We have considered the submissions of learned counsel for parties and we find that present set of writ petitions is fully covered by order dated 1.11.2012 passed by Coordinate Bench of this Court at Principal Seat, Jodhpur in D.B. Civil Writ Petition No.8651/2012 Madan Gir & others v. State of Rajasthan & others, and connected two writ petitions.
Therefore, we dismiss all the writ petitions for the same reasons assigned in the order dated 1.11.2012 (supra). However a liberty is granted to petitioners to file a review petition in these matters, in case the so-called review petition filed at Principal Seat, Jodhpur to review the order dated 1.11.2012 (supra), is allowed.
Registry is directed to place a copy of this order on record in each connected file.
