Section 12(1)(i) in The Bengal Medical Act, 1914

(i)no business shall be transacted at any meeting [of the Council] [Words inserted by Bengal Act 3 of 1928.] unless a [quorum of seven members] [Words substituted for the words 'quorum of eight members' by West Bengal Act 16 of 1954.] be present; and
