Section 18(1)(d) in Tamil Nadu Poisons (Regulation of Possession and Sale) Rules, 2015

(d)A register of usage of poisons in Form E assigning separate pages for each type of poisons shall be maintained and the same shall be filed with the concerned Sub-Divisional Magistrate in every three months.
