Section 3(1) in Punjab Management of Senior Citizen Homes for Elderly Persons Scheme, 2019
(1)All institutions of housing elderly persons, whether run by the Government or voluntary, shall be registered under this scheme, irrespective of being registered or licensed under any other Act for the time being in force.
