552. Publication of reasons for reduction etc.
- If, under the provisions of section 65 of the Act, the Judge shall think fit to require the company to publish the reasons for the reduction of its capital or the causes which led to such reduction, or any other information regard thereto, the same shall be published in such newspapers, as the Judge may direct.Section-CWinding-up Petition
