Section 4(7) in Jammu and Kashmir Juvenile Justice Rules, 2007
(7)All residents in the institution shall be given work like:(a)self-help in maintaining their own establishment;(b)cleaning of open spaces, gardening, etc; and(c)preliminary operations for crafts.
