O R D E R
Having heard learned counsel for the parties and having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, we deem it fit and proper to allow the transfer petition.
Accordingly, MAT Suit No. 66 of 2015 titled as 'Girish Chandra Jha v. Rashmi Jha' pending before Principal Judge, Family Court, Bokaro, Jharkhand, is ordered to be transferred to Family Court, Bangalore, Karnataka.
Let the records of the case be transferred to the concerned Court without delay.
The transfer petition stands allowed. We may also record the statement of counsel for the parties that both the parties are agreeable to explore the possibility of settlement through mediation.
On receiving the record of the transfer petition, the Trial Court shall first send the matter for mediation at the Bangalore Mediation Centre.
