22. Meetings of the Governing Board.
(1)The Governing Board shall meet at least once in a quarter, other than for convocation, on such dates to be fixed by the Vice- Chancellor. One of such meetings shall be held before March and shall be called the Annual meeting. The Governing Board may also meet at such other times as it may decide.(2)One-third of the total number of members shall be a quorum for a meeting of the Governing Board. Such quorum shall not be required at the convocation.(3)The Vice-Chancellor may, whenever thinks fit, and shall upon a requisition in writing signed by not less than fifty percent of the total number of members of the Governing Board, convene a meeting of the Governing Board. A meeting on such requisition shall be held within fifteen days of the receipt of the requisition by the Vice- Chancellor.
