(12)Roads, Building, Bridges, Ferries, Waterways and other means of communication. - (a) construction and maintenance of public roads, drains, culverts and other means of communication which are not under the control of any other local authorities of the Government;(b)maintenance of buildings of other properties vested in the Anchalik Panchayat;(c)maintenance of boats, ferries and waterways not under the Government or any other local bodies.
