Section 15 in The Chhattisgarh Municipal Corporation Act, 1956
15. Eligibility for voting.
- Every person registered as a voter in the Municipal Electoral Roll, for the time being in operation of a ward, and no person who is not so registered, shall be eligible to vote at any election of the Councillors or Mayor :Provided that no person shall vote more than once in any election of the Councillors or any election of the Mayor, as the case may be.
