(2)Any person desiring to continue his registration shall submit to the Registrar an application before 1st April of the year to which it relates and shall forward with such application the fee prescribed in that behalf in rule 73 [and after the renewal of his registration, the Registrar shall issue to such persons a certificate of renewal in Form C-3.] [Substituted by Notification 1371/77-19/PH-10, dated 6th April, 1977.]
