Section 28(1) in Jammu and Kashmir Real Estates (Regulation and Development) Act, 2018
(1)The Government may, in consultation with the Authority appoint such officers and employees as it considers necessary for the efficient discharge of their functions under this Act who would discharge their functions under the general superintendence of the Chairperson.
