Section 41(2) in Bihar Employees Insurance Courts Rules, 1952
(2)If any party requires copies of any order, decree or any other matter on record made by or furnished to the Court, as the case may be, to be supplied to him within forty-eight hours of the submission of an application therefor to the Court, he shall pay an additional fee of two rupees for each such copy.
