Section 80(1)(b) in The Greater Noida Industrial Development Area Building Regulations, 1992

(b)In case of multi-storeyed buildings above 15 mtrs. in height and building with more than 400 sq. mtrs. ground floor coverage and all other buildings of industrial, storage, assembly and hazardous type the building scheme, shall also be got cleared by the Local Fire Bridgade Authority.
