(c)"authorities" and "officers" in relation to the Institute mean, respectively, the authorities, and officers of the Institute;

(ca)[ "Board of Research Studies" means the authority as referred to in clause (c) of section 11 of the Act; [Inserted by Notification No. G.S.R. 507(E), dated 10.5.2016 (w.e.f. 18.6.2013).]
