Section 63 in Andhra Pradesh Co-Operative Societies Rules, 1964
63. Contribution to expenses connected with Co-operative conferences.
(1)No society shall contribute any money towards the expenses of any Co-operative conference, unless such conference is held under the auspices of a society which is authorised by its bye-laws to undertake the holding of such conference.(2)The society holding the conference shall keep separate accounts of the income and expenditure of such conference, and such accounts shall be subject to audit by the Chief Auditor or by some person authorised by him.
