Section 4 in The Rajasthan Rules for the Grant of Stipend to Unemployed Engineering Graduates and Diploma Holders in Engineering, 1973
4. Eligibility for selection to the Pool.
(a)A candidate must possess Degree/Diploma in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/Agriculture Engineering.(b)Candidate should be registered in Planning (Manpower) Department of the Government of Rajasthan;(c)Candidate should not be more than 28 years of age on the first day of January next following the last date fixed for receipt of applications, provided that this upper age limit shall be relaxed by 5 years in the case of candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes or Scheduled Tribes;(d)Candidate must have good moral conduct:(e)Candidate should be bonafide resident of Rajasthan. The candidate will produce a certificate from the District Magistrate to this effect.(f)No candidate who has passed his Degree or Diploma in the year under award will be taken in the Pool Scheme in that very year.
