Shashi Sareen Date: 2014.08.27 04:28:01 ALMTReason: Mr. Rajiv Dutta, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of Union of India may in the meantime place on record a copy of scheme formulated by the Union of India for re-employment/rehabilitation of 2 Ex-servicemen, a reference to which has been made in Order dated 05.07.2011 passed in W.P.(C) No. 291 of 2010. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of BSNL shall also take instructions about the current status of the security agencies which provide man power for security purposes in BSNL Establishment all over the country and whether the out-sourcing of security agencies has in any manner reversed the earlier practice of employing only Ex-servicemen for security jobs.
