86. Control.
- In all matters connected with this Act, the [State] [This word was substituted for the word 'Provincial' by the Adaptation of Laws Order, 1950.] Government shall have the same authority and control over the Mamlatdars and the Collectors acting under this Act as they have and exercise over them in the general and revenue administration.
