Section 88(1) in Delhi Prisons (Inspection, Meetings and Duties of Officers) Rules, 1988
(1)A head warder specially appointed as gate keeper shall be constantly on duty at the main gate of every jail between the hours of opening the jail in the morning and closing it at night.
