Section 28 in Himachal Pradesh Food Security Rules, 2019
28. Removal of doubts.
- If any doubt arises with regard to the interpretation of any provisions of these rules, it shall be referred to the Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Department, Government of Himachal Pradesh, whose decision shall be binding.
