Section 28(1) in Chhattisgarh Council for Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy Act, 2015
(1)The Council may, with the prior approval of the Government, make regulations not inconsistent with this Act and the rules made thereunder, for enabling it to perform its functions and for carrying out the purposes of this Act.
