Section 20 in A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technological University Act, 2015
20. All officers of the University to he public servants.
- All salaried officers, teachers, members of the authorities, committees or bodies of the University and other staff of the University shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code (Central Act 45 of 1860).
