(4)As soon as may be after the commencement of these rules, and every time thereafter when a Land Management Committee is reconstituted, the Chairman of every Land Management Committee shall, by a written order appoint a date on which the members of the Land Management Committee shall meet and elect from amongst themselves, the three members to constitute the Village Revenue Committee under section 225-C of the Code.
