Section 10(3) in The National Oilseeds And Vegetable Oils Development Board Rules, 1984
(3)No travelling allowances or daily allowance shall be allowed to a member of the Board or its committee or any other person associated by the Board or co-opted by its committee unless he certifies that he has not drawn any travelling or daily allowance from any other source in respect of the journey and halt for which the claim is made.
