Section 17(c) in Hyderabad Children Protection Act
(c)Where any head of a household proves his ignorance under sub-section (b), the person who has kept or maintained the child in the house without the knowledge the head of the household shall, be similarly liable to the same penalties as if he himself were the head of the household.
