- Every Committee except Shia Wakfs Committee shall be elected by the Board for one year and shall have seven members out of which five will be the members of the Board and two will be from the Muslims of Delhi, one of the members of the Finance Committee shall be an expert in finances and similarly one of the member of the Property committee shall be an engineer or Architect.
