Section 8 in The West Bengal District Planning Committee Act, 1994
8. Filling of casual vacancy in the place of an elected member of Committee. -
If the office of an elected member of a Committee becomes vacant by reason of his death, resignation or otherwise, the vacancy shall be filed by election of another member in the prescribed manner.
