Section 22 in The Sugar Undertakings (Taking Over Of Managements) Act, 1978
22. Repeal and saving.
(1)The Sugar Undertakings (Taking Over of Management) Ordinance, 1978 (5 of 1978), is hereby repealed.(2)Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the Ordinance so repealed shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provisions of this Act.THE SCHEDULE(See section 7)
