Section 14(4) in The Jammu and Kashmir Homoeopathic Practitioners Act, 2003
(4)The Registrar and any other officer or servant appointed under this section shall be deemed to be a public servant within the meaning of section 21 of the Ranbir Penal Code, Samvat 1989.
