Section 16 in The Goa Ground Water Regulation Act, 2002
16. Protection against action taken in good faith.
- No prosecution, suit or other legal proceedings shall be instituted against the Government, the Ground Water Officer or his authorised representatives for anything done or intended to be done in good faith under this Act, or the rules made thereunder.
