Section 1 in The Tripura Land Revenue And Land Reforms Act, 1960
1. Short title extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Tripura Land Revenue and Land Reforms Act, 1960.(2)It extends to the whole of the Union territory of Tripura.(3)It shall come into force on such date as the Administrator may, by notification 'in the Official Gazette, appoint; and different dates may be appointed for different areas and for different provisions of this Act.
