Section 19(4) in Birsa Munda Tribal University Act, 2017
(4)The Finance and Accounts Officer shall,-(i)exercise general supervision over the funds of the University and shall advise as regards its financial policy;(ii)perform such other financial functions as prescribed under the Statutes and has also assigned by the Vice-Chancellor.
