26. Grant of duplicate conductor's licence.
[Section 38(2)(f)]. - If at any time conductor licence is lost or destroyed or mutilated or the photograph affixed thereto cases, in the opinion of the licensing authority, to be of reasonable likeness of the holder, the licensing authority shall proceed in such case in accordance with the provisions contained in rule 10 or as the case may be.
