(6)[ The officer who is designated to be the permanent invitee of the authority shall be entitled to receive the notice of its meetings and take part in the deliberations relating to the topics with which he is concerned, but shall have no right to vote.] [This sub-section was added by Maharashtra 55 of 2000 section 37(b).]
