Section 8(a) in Mumbai Port Trust (Licensing of Stevedores and Allied Matters) Regulations, 2012
(a)Any firm or company holding a stevedoring licence shall immediately communicate to the Traffic Manager any change in Director, Managing Director or Partners as the case may be.
