1. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that payment of salary and other dues to the petitioners and other similarly situated persons is being released in terms of the directions passed by the Division Bench of this Court in LPA No. 93/2022 and other connected matters. He further draws attention to an order dated 02.09.2022, passed in the said LPA, wherein it is recorded that the respondents have assured the Court that regular salaries of the teachers will be released forthwith and that if the salary has not been released for some reason, the same shall also be released immediately.

The aforesaid order dated 02.09.2022 passed by the Division Bench Signature Not Verified Digitally Signed By:RADHA BISHT Signing Date:18.10.2022 16:06:29 also records that the respondent will take an appropriate decision with regard to increment, Dearness Allowance and Travelling Allowance, which have not been released, and also with regard to 40% of the salary for the month of April 2020 to February, 2021, which has also not been released to the petitioners and other similarly situated persons.
3. Today, learned counsel for the respondent, namely, Delhi Sikh Gurudwara Management Committee and Guru Harkrishan Public School (New Delhi) Society, submits that the requisite decision has been taken in terms of the directions contained in the order dated 02.09.2022, with respect to 40% of the salary for the month of April, 2020 to February, 2021. Let the respondent file an affidavit placing on record the said decision and the schedule of payment, if any, with regard to payment of 40% of salary for the month of April, 2020 to February, 2021.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the parties that the next date of hearing in the LPA pending before the Division Bench is 10.01.2023.
5. It is submitted that the petitioners are being paid as per the schedule of payment submitted before the Division Bench.
6. The respondent is directed to provide to each of the concerned petitioners, the computation showing how their dues have been calculated by the respondents, before the next date of hearing.
