2. Mr. S.S. Pradhan, learned AGA submits that the appellants are alive and they have been instructed to appear in the Court either in person or through counsel.
3. Mr. D.K. Panda, learned counsel submits that although he has interested to conduct the appeal, but he has got no instruction from the appellants and, therefore, the matter may kindly be adjourned.
